I dont' think they are real, but Apple may release a (red) version. There are different colour options for sure. Video calling is possible of course (but perhaps not in the way I put it in the photo that I deleted).

Now even though the pictures aren't real, the look of the phone will be EXTREMELY similar.

I showed those pics to my wife, she'd definately go for the red version. I wonder whether it'll still have Wifi when it gains 3G/3.5G?
