Top model from Samsung, all included(GPRS, polyphonic ringer, IrDa, colour screen). But S100 hasn’t voice-dialing, memo and has very simple phonebook. Another point that S100 has 65K screen but this display subjectively comparable with T100 screen. Hence, T100 has TFT display, S100 just STN. Full version of review you can find here

the only thing that keeps me from getting this phone is the color quality... does it make so much difference that it doesn't have TFT screen???
