I got a Cellink BTHS 6023-F bluetooth headset.
I paired it with my V800, but it has a lot of proalems. When I get a call no sound is sent to the headset to alert me and when I press the button on headset, it doesnt answer. If I answer on the phone, no sound on headset. It works when I call, not on incoming calls. I deleted it and reinstalled a lot of times.

Is it incompatible or am I doing something wrong?
Any idea how to make it work?

Why not get an Akono headset?

@skhuu- Has anything specific to the model (headset) mentioned in the user guide, that you are doing different ? As brix says- try the HBH 662 or 608 or the Logitech. If they work fine, then one can pin the problem to the current headset or its pairing with your phone. This message was posted from a S700

I think the problem could be with the headset or compatribility.
Well I am cosidering getting another headset, at the moment not sure which.
Thanks, but I think it is not the settings. I tried it on my wife's Samsung Z500. There are still problems, it pairs. But you have to connect it before it can work when there is a call.
Stupid headset.
