Yep is mint, only thing I can see wrong with it the back cover has a mark about size of pin head. Nothing bad.
This was a replacement 6600 from Nokia, so the box does not match the IMEI of the phone.
The box is NEW, the charger is NEW, and the book and CD are NEW. The battery would pass as new.
Any good it's up to you?
