Hi.
I have a Z800i (unbranded) that is W20, with firmware version R1AB014 (latest one, right?). The firmware was upgraded at my local SE center.
The phone has been acting very weird lately (well, it's been acting weird since I got it but that's another story)!
What's happening is that it switches off by itself or restarts whenever it feels like, on its own! Sometimes it will restart and the external screen will stay lit (very brightly) but when I open it the internal screen is blank.
The only way I can get it to work properly again is to remove the battery and then reinsert it. The problem sometimes is repeated soon after and again I have to remove the battery and reinsert it. Then the phone works ok.
Any ideas...? Has this been reported somewhere else...?

bring it back and let it flash again. seems its a faulty fone, if u have warranty, ask for a new one. good luck.
