After my next sale in my T68i to W800i experiment, I now have £60 to spend on a faulty phone. ALSO now buying non-faulty phones from here, as they seem to sell for a lot more on Ebay! It can be of any make, but preferably have a hardware fault like a faulty screen or microphone. I can also deal with SE's that have a forgotten lock code on them.

So post here or PM me with what you've got. The only thing is I can only pay via paypal as that's where the money is.

So let's hear what you've got!

with £20 why not get two faulty phones?

for example, one could be this Nokia 8250. This was the follow up to the 8210 and had the blue screen. I bought this for $780 aussie dollars when it first came out and it worked brilliantly for some time. My son used it too. One day it started turning off at random times and now I don't think I can get it to turn on.

Its definitly not had any water damage but Ive never spent any time investigating. Instead, its lived in my drawer for the last few years.

let me know if its worth anything in your quest

Thanks for the reply, though that sounds suspiciously like a software problem, I'm not very good with software problems, don't have the skill or eqipment!

Otherwise I'd try. What price were you looking for anyway? I'll bear your offer in mind though

well, I would have given it to you but that would not be in the spirit of this experiment. So, how about a quid delivered? its not worth anything to me

I don't usually keep faulty phones though this has hung around for quite a while!

Thanks for your interest everyone, I have not got my £20 phone!

But don't worry, I'll probably be back and asking for something for a bit more money soon with any luck

Btw, I am strictly sticking to the 'budget' for this, so I won't be buying any phones for more than I say I'm spending

Right, now I have had payment for the next phone, I am looking for a phone for £40. Same things apply, hardware faults only, except for phones with a forgotten lock code on them, I can do something with them now (except newer phones like K750i etc. with Fastport)

Probably now looking for something in the K700i/Nokia 6230 area.

Let's see what you've got!
