Since now that ROKR E2 has been officially launched,we can now firmly set out sights on the less rumoured ROKR E3,which is about likely as another colour variation of the RAZR.

The E3 is a much more promising phone in terms of looks, specs and ipod functionality, you can see that they have this time made the keypad more Razr like, and it also as a ipodesque scroll wheel..more information will be posted as i get it of course.

Specs aside, aesthetically I think this looks far more suave and classier than the E2, IMHO.
Much better report card for no.3, Moto...

Although still not official yet Engadget managed to get hold of the mystery ROKR E3 phone. The E3 is basically a GSM/GPRS/EDGE handset with 512MB of internal memory, Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera, a TransFlash memory card slot,a 3.5mm headphone jack, and some multimedia software. No iTunes, and that round thing that looks like a scroll wheel is actually just four buttons surrounding a run-of-the-mill joystick.

Seems to me like either apple or motorola are stepping back from the itunes phon idea these days

Yeh maybe a good sign that Apple are working on their own Music/Phone device?
