eBay fully boxed and delivered for $60, about £35. Sounds a good deal to me.

The one that you linked to is a refurbished model. The battery that they supply says its an Ericsson battery but it is actually a cheap copy and so is the charger. The instructions are from a T10s with a T39m cover on. I have bought a couple of these that were sold as new and then sent them back. Be careful.

The link you posted is of refurbished model and not new as advertised. I am 99.9% sure that the manual will be a photocopied T10 manual with a T39m cover. The battery will sat Ericsson on it but the phone wont recognise it as genuine as it is a copy. The box will say T39s (never did an s) on the imei label.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I got stung like this too..
