Hi all, looking for a wee bit of acvice here...

I have a k800 on o2 and received my first monthly bill at the begining of Aug. A few days after the bill I looked online to find that my unbilled calls were of a substantial amount- this related to gprs data from the previous month (ie the month I have already received a bill for). These data connections were not on the original bill.

I am wondering whether o2 can legally bill you for data connections outwith the month they were made?

Looking at the T&C on the website I found the following under section 5.8:
"Generally, calls, data and messaging will be set against applicable inclusive allowances in the order in which they are recorded by us. Certain types of calls, such as Roaming calls may take longer to be billed."

I presume it depends on whether a 3g connection is deemed a 'call'?

I am annoyed with o2 as when I receive my bill I normally don't look at it in detail though from the cost i can guage whether my usage is within an affordable level. When they don't fully bill me then I am not sure how much its costing me!

Can anyone help me out at all?

Thanks
