try restarting the phone and it should be ok. it's one of the bugs of the first firmware. so hopefully it will be resolved with a new firmware

Only SE can Answer the firmware question, however we are hoping soon.

I would however advise you to ring SE (08705 237 237) and log a complaint with them, at present SE are taking a massive ammount of complaints regarding the phone so every call can put pressure on them to fix it quicker.

A Flagship model i dont beleive should do this.

Also Sorry to hear about it to

Two of my friends here experienced the same problem, too. Thanks God mine is fine so far (except a bunch of annoying bugs).

Its humans who make the phone, not god, with SE do u have to pray god to get a good phone?.After all with these much of problems people should have waited for some kind of stability before buying one.

Hello.

I have excatly the same problem.

It happened a day after i got the phone, but i just stuck it on charge and it worked.

However, now, about a month later for about a week its been broke. Shutter just will not open. What should i do?

Have the same problem. The shutter is stuck. Tap it gently (or hard) with tip of your finger/fingernails and try again.

After that I try and open the camera shutter again, success most of the time.
