help..i have this problem when i plug my k800i to my pc via usb cable, when i click the file transfer menu it turns white so long which makes me do remove the batery to restart it,when i press the power button, nothing hapen,it wont start at all..what should i do..please help me......its just 1month old with me....

i dont have a waranty...i bought it from a local store but i sure its a brand new k800i...do u think it can be repaired by SE customer care outlets??
