yeah that's a problem with n70c and n70me has no umts(except n70ie it has umts),
but it can be locked using phoenix.
I wonder what is the outcome.

fyi N70 classic has a feature of 3g lock in his latest firmware. Kakaupdate ko lang ng latest firmware at ito agad napansin ko nagka 3g lock na ang N70 ko

The problem with Nokia N70 is there is no way to patch its permission settings to always allowed not unless we used a signed version of an application
