Need Help Plz!!!!......Oh I don't Know What Makes Me bought this phone...before that nokia was fine and easy to use with less problems....now with the satio i have headeach....the problem is with the camera !!!!yes i know this phone depends on camera and without the camera it's usless.....when i take pictures using flash the flash keep shooting and the screen turn to black without saving the picture ....and then the battery start to drain fast like in one minute!....is it software or hardware problem .......yes i know my english is the worst sorry for that..

Possibly hardware problem if your battery is draining in 1 minute as you have mentioned. Probably a short within the phone or the battery somewhere.

The camera would be a different matter. Its probably going blank and not saving due to a faulty memory card or memory card reader inside the phone. Backup all the contents stored on your memory card as it contains all the drivers for your phone. Then format the memory card. Turn the phone off and put your memory card back in then turn the phone on. See if that works.
