I put it back in step (23). It worked fine - no disturbances. Actually I put both memory and SIM cards back in step (23)

hi guys,

i bought a new Satio phone

it came with the latest firmware, ccpuCid113... i want to downgrade it, in order to install HelloOX2, unlock the system files, to install BAMS..

tried SEUS, but it seems its not working anymore... rumour says it that the last update fixed the old downgrade ways
tried Omnius, but there is no firmware for ccpuCid113 except the latest one... and if i install ccpuCid111 the phone wont boot...

any idea if there is anything i can do atm, or just wait for someone to figure a new way ?

please help me out guys, i have been way too patient, im trying to update my satio to r2ak006, and seus keeps telling me i have the latest firmware. I have an unbranded satio, im in south africa, not sure if its available for the african region. Im not worried about upgrading with a hack or anything, i just want to upgrade. I currently have r1ca037. Do i perhaps need to change the region in my phone? How do i go about this, or at least what can i do to just upgrade? Thanks to any1 who responds.

everyone else has had this update for over a year, i emailed se in south africa and they said they cannot tell me, however support for the sony ericsson has not been discontinued. I use to do upgrades and refion changes and debranding on my old se proprietery os phones, db2020 and then the db3150 but have since lost interest, and had no desire to learn symbian os firmware.. Please help

@dbrits
Try to delete db folder in C:/programe files/sony ericsson/update service
Then try to update phone.
May be its work

This is how i did it and it worked.

I used omnius and tried to downgrade the Satio with U1_NORDIC_CDF1235_2734.s1fl and it didn't work due to a cid mismatch.

(I assume you can use any R1CA037 cid 111 t do this)

Just use these two simple steps!

1. I tried again to flash the same file with "write acpu files only"

As stated before the phone beomes unusable and reboots all the time when you try to start it upp, but that's what you have to do before you remove the battery again.

2. Then i reflashed again this time with "write all parts" and now it worked

my Satio has now R1CA037

Does anybody have an idea on the debranding part or maybe the nordic firmware i used is a telenor branded one?
