I found a good brand new unlocked XT910 sim free and I want to use my existing pay monthly 3Uk sim. Should I be concerned about it working or will it be ok?

This phones is quadband in GSM and 3G. So I think it'll be ok.

2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100

Thanks I thought so too. ONly reason I asked is the ebay seller said confirm with network to check compatability.
