hi I have unlocked many blackberrys via the old MEP and PRD method however I am having issues with a 9720 model T-Mobile I used to standard mep prd reader free from http://www.unlockingblackberries.com/PRDMEP.html but the codes I generate don't seem to work using mxkey has BB changed something?

Is this device locked down with an IT Policy? Search the internet to find out and download "JLcmdr" just in case ... backup and do a FULL wipe!
