> Get out of contract on last day

Hi, I'm with Vodafone and my contract end date, (not upgrade date) is the 27th December.
I'm getting a new phone as part of my Christmas gift on 25th December, so want the contract to finish on the 27th December and not 27th January. If I cancel before the end date on 27th November, I won't be charged an early exit fee will I? As the months notice period that you have to give will mean it ends on the 27th December. Is this the correct way to have it cancel exactly on the last day?
