i heard that if you upgrade your firmware it does not upgrade your BT software. You need to tell the service counter that you need to upgrade BT software.
Is it true?

the bluetooth is part of the firmware... upgrading the phone firmware, will upgrade the bluetooth firmware (or keep it the way it is if no changes are made in the upgrade)
