In Summary
Available now from most mobile phone shops or directly from Sony Ericsson, the T230 will set you back about $300, which is quite cheap considering the features it has, but its well worth paying!

Other handsets around that price have a lot less features, and some aren’t even colour display phones! The T230 is small, and doesn’t weigh a lot. Any user, from young to old, experienced or not will find it easy to use and not confusing.

MMS, POP3/IMAP4/SMTP send and receive e-mail support, SMS, attachable CommuniCam support, GRPS, WAP, and much more, the T230 is feature packed. You can find everything you’ll need for daily life, with basic PIM applications.

I would recommend the T230 to anyone looking for a small inexpensive phone which is feature packed.

@gelfen

i guess with wappers they could just get the summary since they have very small screens and they may go back for it in their pc's if they are interested with the whole story...

Imobile.com.au made a great review for the t230. But, as David Hall said, he had activated the led light and could not make a good review for the stand-by time.

I tested it as would do any other mobile magazine, that is a daily 15 minute use(phone, picture/game..etc). Its the first SE I have tested and I think that the battery is crap. Only 2-3 days use; about the techtree.com or the russian website review. They were right. The 300 hours is false.

My Review for features:
T9: Good,
Screen window is not scratch resistant
Satisfactory screen size and color depth for the price.
Extremely good voice quality.
Fair quality polyphonic ringtones(far from crystal clear samsung sound)
Good quality truetones(recorded) [much muter than the Nokia 6600]
Mophun games loading too slow.
No HSCSD, but CSD is available(for non gprs networks).
Very good design.
