All our SIM Free handsets are supplied boxed with English manual, battery and charger and come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All of our products carry a 1 (one) year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please refer to the user's manual for service instructions.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 7 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or send out new goods after the faulty goods have been returned.
If the goods are not faulty you have 14 days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days. We do not refund delivery costs in these cases. 20% restocking fee will apply.
If any returned goods are not in resellable condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee or refuse the refund all together.
