K700 is a great phone, and I previously hoped that it would replace my T610.
But now there is rumours about an F700?
Should I buy the K700 or wait for the "F700"?
Remember I am only a child, I dont have a LOT of money

the f700 or whatever its called is just a rumour and as such may not even exist. if it does the earliest i could see it coming out is xmas time.
se have to announce it then it would come out about 4 months after that.
since the k700 is coming soon i cant see them announceing a better spec phone till some sales have come in for the k700.
the rumours of the f700 thread suggets an announcment around sept time so it would be xmas new year at earliest.
my advice buy the k700 and if you do want the new f700 you have time to save and get xmas money etc and still you can sell the k700
