Why do you think the front looks awefull?....I think its quite attractive imho....But really and truly i doubt the the final production model will be anything like this.

It looks too much like an iPod, which I don't think is a good thing. I wouldn't mind that so much if it didn't have that hideous looking 'wheel' on the front.
It would be nice if apple kept to those specifications though.

Ahh so that sums up why you don't like the design then!
...I happen to like the i-pod quite a lot,so a i-pod/phone will suit me just fine.
