I just received my new V800 (branded, not unlocked or tampered with) and bought myself a nice 512 MB Memory Stick Pro Duo card to store some music on. When I insert the card in my laptop everything works fine but when I try to format it in the V800 the phone hangs.
It managed to format it halfway at some point but it's unable to remove files as well. Playing music is not a problem, haven't tried anything else. Nice detail: It even supports m4a files.
Anybody familiar with this problem ? I have software version R1S.

Did you ever manage to format the MS? If not, I think there might be something wrong with the card. You can also try to format it in another phone, every phone, not just V800 to check it
