Just to mention (before I put it into the wrong P900 forum ;-(

TotalMultiServer has now the newest Firm/Software for the Z800, which is R1AB013.

For anybody who wonders: SE goes now 1A-Z then AA, AB, etc. so this is the newest now.

Don't know yet about the changes, but all works as before so far

Regards

PS
Always get problems with posting when just shorting TMS, states 'don't put ALL uppercase....well: 3 bloody letters are NOT all caps in the headline !

Are these files for branded v800/z800 phones? There are many of us that have CID36 phones that are currently unable to be unbranded.

I have upgraded it with the new version, and I don't appreciate any improvement compared with the R1Y005. I believe that this new version together with the new TMS is to solve the problem of the CID 36. The new TMS have a new option "Ignore CID" that solves the problem for the mobiles that have the CID 29 up-to-date for CID36.

CID Ignoring has Davinci 13.2 also, but it still doesn't work for Cid36

I'm just flashing with latest TMS.
Cross my fingers to see if it works with CID36

Edit: Ignoring CID in TMS doesn't do anything for CID36

This option is only for the mobiles that have the CID 29 and they were upgraded for CID 36.

Edit: In my country some people with mobiles with CID 36 already achieved perfectly actualízar, it is necessary to know if they were really CID 36 legitimate.

Think I will just buy a z800. I get a 33% discount anyway, I will simply sell my v800 Vodafone and move on.

Yes it is!

Apperantly for real Z800i phones, and changing language packs as well.

No NEW bugs yet... but all the old ones are still there ;-(

However, pertaining to the CID36 thing... I think the option in TMS is ment to be for CID 29 phones only...so that those phones can be flashed with real CID36 firmware.
And if that is correct, would mean that the current firmware at TMS is really CID36 and should flash with any REAL CID36 phone !!!

Statements are welcome...
