For me the Xperia X1 is an unpolished product which has great potential.
My major issues are its sluggines when you type an SMS and listen to music at the same time.
Reception is another big let down for me, both WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G wise.
I don't care too much about the camera or amount of speakers at all.
All I care about is its stabilty and Sony Ericsson left much to desire.

apart from the excellent build and screen quality and to an extent the panel interface its just another wm device.
its not the groundbreaking device many were hoping for.

I'm not so sure. I can only hear sound from one side and if I put my finger over the hole and listen on the other side all I hear is a muffled sound like the sound is just coming through the housing.
Also the manual shows a pictorial of all the bits around the phone and it only shows one speaker
